Product defective or damaged?

We have a high focus on quality. Nevertheless, if there is something wrong with the product you have purchased to MVL, please contact us within the first 14 days after you receive your product, by sending an email to sales@modernvintagelight.com. Please make sure that customer ID and purchsing order number are stated in the email so that we can better and faster support you. 


Other reason?

Product is not defective but you still want to return it? No problem.

We focus on long term relationships with our customers and want to ensure customer statisfaction. Maybe there is another product that better suits you now or in the future.

Our customers will receive a refund after MVL received the product back and confirmed the good and unused condition of the product.
